Social Development Department Minister Sisisi Tolashe has pledged her help and dedication to improving South African Social Security Company (SASSA) companies throughout an engagement along with the company's senior supervisors at a strategic organizing session in Cape Town.

Tolashe on Tuesday expressed her heartfelt congratulations to the numerous social grant beneficiaries, who excelled inside the 2024 matric exams.

Of the 724 156 full-time learners who registered for the National Senior Certification (NSC), 572 338 are social grant beneficiaries, symbolizing 81% from the registered pupils in the instruction sector.

These learners obtained a commendable pass rate of 86%.
